AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure supporting rapid growth. You will design reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant.

You will collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and drive AI-native tooling in the SDLC. The role offers flextime, hybrid work from Sorocaba, and USD‑based compensation.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes and service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and ownership mindset.

ABOUT THE ROLE
