Jobtailor in Barueri, São Paulo region seeks a data-driven CRM and growth professional to lead performance strategies and martech optimization. You will manage CRM campaigns, build dashboards, and drive data‑driven decisions across multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers ownership of growth initiatives, collaboration with analytics, and opportunities to advance into leadership while improving client and project processes.

Qualificações

• CRM and martech experience with CRM platforms and campaign delivery tools (INSIDER is a plus).
• Analytics and reporting experience with Google Analytics, advanced Excel, custom dashboards, and Databricks.
• Project management knowledge with agile methodologies and task management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

• Support the structuring and organization of multiple workstreams, ensuring efficiency in managing simultaneous demands.
• Create executive materials and strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with autonomy and initiative to identify and resolve strategic challenges.
• Develop and improve client and project management processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize growth strategies.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements
