Ritzy Yachts is seeking a skilled Senior Operations Specialist with proven experience in the yachting industry to support and optimize day-to-day operations across our three business units. This is a pivotal position, responsible for managing internal workflows, charter documentation, broker and partner coordination, and ensuring operational excellence across all client-facing processes.

We are seeking a professional who understands the nuances of the yachting world—ideally with a background in charter operations, central agency coordination, or luxury yacht bookings—and who excels at creating seamless, well-structured processes.

We are a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury crewed private yacht charters worldwide. Our team operates remotely from various parts of the globe, united by a shared commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and personalized client service.

Location: This is a full-time home office position.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the yachting industry, ideally in charter operations, CA coordination, yacht booking, or brokerage support.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fully remote, international work environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools (Streak), Zapier, and JotForm preferred.
• Meticulous, process-driven, and a proactive team player.
• Motivated self-starter with a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Charter Operations: Manage inquiry distribution and ensure smooth charter operations by promptly resolving any issues that arise.
• CA Operations: Manage CA inquiries, coordinate crew placement, and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners. Support the screening and onboarding of new listings.
• Contracts & Payments: Cross-check charter contracts against CA listings for consistency and accuracy. Validate payments for both charter bookings and Central Agency agreements.
• Team & Broker Coordination: Organize schedules, prepare internal agendas, and manage broker availability.
• Internal Tools & Documentation: Maintain CRM pipelines, organize documentation, and oversee operational timelines.
• Reporting & Special Projects: Prepare performance reports and team onboarding logistics.
• Feedback & Documentation: Collect reviews, update internal knowledge bases, and manage forms.
