Role Overview
As an Ops Specialist, you will conduct account verification, detect and prevent fraudulent activities, process player redemptions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Areas of Responsibility

• Early detection and prevention of fraudulent accounts and suspicious transactions through comprehensive analysis.
• Review transaction reports for suspicious activity and investigate anomalies.
• Conduct KYC procedures to verify customer identities and assess risks, including processing KYC profiles and conducting EDD reviews on high-risk customers.
• Ensure document integrity and compliance, coordinating with relevant teams for potential risks.
• Manage the payments process, including redemptions, account closures, and reward declines.
• Assist other departments with risk, fraud, and payments queries, investigating discrepancies.
• Collaborate internally to ensure documentation practices and policies are compliant.
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor case progress.
• Report issues promptly and make day-to-day operational decisions with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools, data-driven.
• Experience with USA/European/LATAM Gaming/Sportsbook accounts preferred.
• Understanding of customer support, high-value player management, risk, fraud, and payment tools.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, multi-tasking, and pressure management skills.
• Analytical skills to identify system weaknesses.
• Goal-oriented, solution-driven, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
