NeoWork is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing projects for 5–10 client accounts, covering SEO, marketing operations, and paid media. You will own execution alongside technical project managers from week one.

You will join a fast-paced, client-facing team with responsibilities including proactive escalation, strong cross-functional communication, and delivering results aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or strategy.
• Two to three or more years in fast-paced agency/client services.
• Experience building and managing digital marketing project systems (Asana, ClickUp, Monday).
• Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and demand generation.
• SEO knowledge to review specialist work and scope.

Responsibilities

Job description

NeoWork is hiring a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, client-facing marketing team. You will own marketing project delivery end to end across 5 to 10 client accounts, covering SEO, marketing operations, and paid media. You will work alongside technical project managers, who partner on strategy while you own execution. This role requires independent ownership from the first week.

Core Responsibilities

• Project and task ownership: Convert client requests and strategy into tracked deliverables. Maintain the master task registry in Asana or ClickUp, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Drive deadlines without needing reminders.
• Contractor and vendor accountability: Brief contractors clearly and track their deadlines. When a vendor misses a deadline or goes silent, escalation the same day and find a workaround. “No update” is not an acceptable status.
• Proactive escalation: Identify risks early. Flag client-facing issues to leadership and project managers within 48 hours of discovery. Surface trends, blockers, and scope creep before they become problems.
• Client-facing presence: Join client calls on time and prepared. Lead marketing conversations and own your workstreams. Answer questions directly. If you do not know something, commit to a follow-up date.
• Cross-functional communication: Work with project managers, account leads, and leadership. Ask for help early, raise blockers promptly, and adapt your approach when a process is not working.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy.
• Two to three or more years in an agency or client services environment that is fast-paced and deadline-driven.
• Experience building and managing digital marketing project management systems in tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics, and website performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, website testing, or demand generation.
• Enough SEO knowledge to review specialist work, identify when estimated hours are overrunning, and challenge scope.
• Professional spoken and written English, with regular experience leading client calls.
• Ability to write clear briefs, tickets, and project documentation without needing to be prompted.
