NeoWork is hiring Digital Marketing Specialists to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for U.S. brands. You will work across paid media, email, SEO, and marketing automation to drive leads and revenue.

This 100% remote position is based in Brazil with a home office setup. You will collaborate with US clients, manage campaigns, and optimize results while benefiting from contractor health insurance and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Experience with email or automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
• Comfortable with GA4 and campaign reporting.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Build email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Support SEO and content initiatives.
• Track performance, analyze results, and report on KPIs.
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
