Responsibilities

Hexagon is looking for a Senior Market Development Representative to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. If you are interested in taking your next professional challenge in a great multicultural environment, then take a look at the following opportunity!

This role recognises that you have successfully overachieved your quota, demonstrating exceptional SDR capabilities including your passion, competitiveness, and curiosity to learn and develop. You have demonstrated that you are curious, questioning is in your DNA which has helped you to become exceptional at prospecting.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound leads.
  • Connect with prospects via phone, email, and social platforms, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Consistently hit and exceed quarterly goals, generating 8+ qualified opportunities and maintaining high productivity daily.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies using call/email scripts and personalized messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records and track engagement using Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and clear understanding of each opportunity.
  • Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and skillfully handle objections to secure high-value meetings.
Education / Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced English.
  • Strong background in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Background or education in engineering is a big plus.
  • Deep understanding of sales development strategies and lead management best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the drive to go above and beyond.
