We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into key insights supporting the Revenue Management team. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to measure business performance, communicate trends, and improve pricing processes through data-driven automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks and initial projects such as designing KPIs, analyzing large datasets, and optimizing data infrastructure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Build reports that display actionable insights for analysts, leaders, and stakeholders, and communicate results effectively
• Provide recommendations by interpreting data and translating ad hoc requests into relevant results
• Serve as a liaison between reporting teams and event management to understand data needs
• Ensure quality control over data, analyses, and metrics
• Identify flaws and errors in data and upstream data issues
