Magnite is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations for LATAM, based in São Paulo, Brazil with a hybrid schedule (Mondays and Fridays remote, Tue-Thu in-office). You will lead the technical operations of Magnite platforms across LATAM, driving integration, optimization, and platform strategy aligned with global objectives.

You will act as the senior technical contact, escalation point, and strategic advisor for clients and internal teams, bringing 5–7+ years of ad tech/programmatic

Qualificações

• 5-7+ years in ad tech/programmatic in LATAM.
• Expert knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, Prebid, header bidding.
• Experience with ad servers like GAM and SpringServe.
• Video and CTV ecosystems experience.
• Programming/scripting in Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• API integrations experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsible for technical leadership of Magnite platforms across LATAM, ensuring integration, optimization, and platform strategy aligned with global objectives. Acts as senior technical contact, escalation point, and strategic advisor for clients and internal teams. Requires 5-7+ years in ad tech/programmatic in LATAM, expert knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, Prebid, header bidding, and ad servers like GAM and SpringServe. Experience with video and CTV ecosystems, programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL), API integrations, and cross-cultural business environments. Bachelor's degree required.
