Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a senior proposal and finance analyst to translate commercial requests into solid business cases. You will design operational solutions, structure pricing, and build robust financial models covering productivity, headcount, equipment, and investments.

You will defend rationales with cross-functional teams and monitor KPIs post-implementation, adjusting as needed. Strong SQL, Python, Excel/Sheets, and AI experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery.
• Knowledge of queries and SQL, and basic programming concepts.
• Experience in financial modeling and building business cases, including cost rationale, capex, cost of capital and margin.
• Experience sizing operations, productivity, headcount, equipment and capacity planning.
• Understanding of logistics operation implementation to propose realistic and operationally viable solutions.
• Expertise in B2B and B2C operations.
• Prior experience at a logistics operator, consulting firm, or in projects/expansion, building pricing and solutions — a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Python programming for automating modeling and ETL — a strong plus.
• Experience with applied AI, including use of LLMs/Copilot to accelerate analyses, generate reports and draft initial rationales — a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate commercial requests into project rationales and business cases for Estoca bids.
• Collect and refine data to design the best operational solution proposal.
• Structure pricing for larger operations, considering costs, capex, cost of capital and margin.
• Build complete financial models, including productivity metrics, headcount, equipment and investment.
• Present and defend the rationales with commercial and operations teams, and with executive leadership.
• Liaise with the implementation team to validate the operational feasibility of proposals.
• Monitor operational KPIs after implementation, comparing projected vs. actual performance, productivity, cost and SLAs.
• Recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Manage multiple proposals in parallel, prioritizing according to commercial urgency.
• Keep schedules, action plans and metrics up to date.
