BairesDev is hiring a Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations to design and implement backend services that power external system integrations, with a focus on API design, event-driven patterns, and secure OAuth/multi-tenant auth.

You will build ETL pipelines, connectors, and normalization logic, and collaborate on integrating platforms such as M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or iManage. This role is fully remote with competitive USD-based compensation and flexible hours.

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with API and systems integration (REST, webhooks, event-driven).
• Experience with OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning/auth flows.

Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations at BairesDev

In this role, you'll write backend Java services that power integrations with external systems, applying strong API design and event-driven synchronization patterns. Handling OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning, you'll build the authentication and authorization logic that keeps connectors secure across many tenants. What You’ll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with API and systems integration, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven sync.

• Background with ETL and data pipelines, including connectors, parsers, and schema normalization.
• Experience integrating with platforms such as M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or iManage.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS, including Lambda, SQS/SNS, and S3 for integration workloads.
• Familiarity with MCP or agentic tool integration.
• Experience with Bedrock.
• Background using Java for core platform interfacing or SDK connectors.
• Legal tech or eDiscovery domain exposure.
