Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations at BairesDev is a remote role focused on building backend Java services for platform integrations. You will design and implement API-driven connectors, handle OAuth and multi-tenant auth, and ensure reliable data flows across external systems.

You will work on ETL pipelines, ensure robust versioning, and collaborate with teams across platforms like M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or iManage.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with API and systems integration, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven sync.
• Experience with OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning/auth flows.
• Background with ETL and data pipelines, including connectors, parsers, and schema normalization.
• Experience integrating with platforms such as M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or iManage.
• Experience with QA, contract testing, and connector reliability including versioning and regression across integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations at BairesDev

In this role, you'll write backend Java services that power integrations with external systems, applying strong API design and event-driven synchronization patterns. Handling OAuth and multi-tenant permissioning, you'll build the authentication and authorization logic that keeps connectors secure across many tenants.
