Novare RH in Curitiba is seeking an experienced International Purchasing professional to lead strategic negotiations and develop a global supplier network. The role requires managing import processes, price formation, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Purchasing, and Foreign Trade teams.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in international supplier negotiations, a solid background in import operations, and fluency in English.

• Solid, consolidated experience in International Purchasing.

• Advanced English for negotiations (speaking, writing, meetings).

Tasks

• Conduct quotations and commercial negotiations with international suppliers in English;
• Conduct quotations and commercial negotiations with international suppliers in English;
• Lead negotiations on pricing, deadlines, commercial terms, and new business development;
• Maintain relationships with approved international suppliers and prospect new strategic partners;
• Research and develop new suppliers to meet business demands;
• Support the sourcing of new imported product categories and strategic company demands;
• Perform import cost analyses to support negotiations and decision-making;
• Work alongside the executive board to operationalize international negotiations;
• Collaborate in an integrated way with the Commercial, Purchasing, Management, and Foreign Trade areas to align demands;
• Support the implementation, structuring, and improvement of International Purchasing processes;
• Contribute to the evolution of processes related to the Narval system (Foreign Trade);
• Monitor market and international supplier trends to identify commercial opportunities;
• Support negotiations of technical and high-value-added products;

Accountabilities

• Ensure competitive international negotiations, securing the best commercial conditions for the company;
• Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic international suppliers;
• Contribute to the structuring of the International Purchasing area as the company grows;
• Ensure alignment between the Commercial, Purchasing, Management, and Foreign Trade areas throughout the sourcing process;
• Support the executive board in operationalizing international purchasing strategies;
• Contribute to the development of new suppliers and new product categories;
• Act strategically in the continuous improvement of international purchasing processes.

ñ EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Solid, consolidated experience in International Purchasing;
• Proven track record in commercial negotiations with international suppliers;
• Advanced and fluent English for leading negotiations (speaking, writing, and meetings);
• Knowledge of import processes and Foreign Trade;
• Experience prospecting and developing international suppliers;
• Experience negotiating technical and/or high-value-added products;
• Strong ability to lead strategic negotiations.

Differentiators

• Knowledge of the Narval system or other Foreign Trade systems;
• Experience in industrial, automotive, rubber, mining, machinery, or equipment segments;
• Knowledge of import cost analysis and price formation.

Education

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
