Jobtailor is seeking a senior Integration Architect to lead HealthShare/IRIS for Health integrations across UCR, EMPI, Clinical Viewer and Health Connect. You will ensure high availability, security, and governance while delivering scalable data loads and interoperability with HL7 v2 and FHIR RNDS.

You will mentor a team, define integration architectures, and coordinate with customer governance, engineering, and support to meet national standards and LGPD requirements.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience with InterSystems HealthShare (installation, configuration, and integration with other systems) and IRIS for Health / Health Connect
• Advanced programming skills in InterSystems ObjectScript (Caché/IRIS)
• Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL, including modeling, views, extraction/ETL, and performance optimization for high-volume loads
• Strong understanding of MDM and EMPI/MPI, including deduplication, matching, normalization, and patient record management
• Healthcare interoperability standards: HL7 v2, FHIR (RNDS profiles), and SDA
• Clinical terminologies: LOINC, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, and TUSS
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply predefined integration architectures
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
• Technical English for documentation and manufacturer support
• InterSystems certification (HealthShare, IRIS, or Health Connect) preferred
• Google Cloud Platform: VPC, networking, multi-zone high availability, and mirroring preferred
• Networking and VPN (WireGuard, OpenVPN/Pritunl), SIEM, and secrets vaults preferred
• Experience applying LGPD to healthcare data and knowledge of RNDS preferred
• Experience in public-sector projects preferred
• Health Insight / IRIS BI and healthcare analytics preferred
• Java preferred
• Legacy Ensemble and platform migration experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve the HealthShare UCR, EMPI, Clinical Viewer, Personal Community, Health Insight, and Health Connect / EHR Interop architecture, ensuring compliance with infrastructure, high availability, disaster recovery, and customer security guidelines
• Provide technical leadership for implementing integrations with source systems through SQL/JDBC views, HL7 v2, and FHIR/RNDS
• Guide the team on EMPI, Clinical Viewer, Patient Portal (Gov.br/SSO), and Health Insight rules
• Plan, execute, and validate large-scale historical clinical data loads
• Support secure connectivity with remote units, including VPN tunnels, read-only access, credentials, logging/SIEM, LGPD, auditing, and consent
• Contribute to the Technical Integration Manual, compliance certification, terminologies, and interoperability metrics
• Serve as the technical focal point between the business, customer governance, engineering, and manufacturer support (N3/WRC)
• Lead UAT, technical acceptance, and knowledge transfer
• Translate business requirements and clinical rules into solutions aligned with the platform and national standards
• Manage deliverables, tasks, hour estimates and Function Points (APF), evidence, deadlines, and agile tracking
• Support Ensemble/IRIS environments in production, integrations, and platform migrations
