InterSystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects for enterprise customers. This role will primarily support healthcare interoperability and integration initiatives, while also managing technical projects across other industries. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership skills with sufficient technical knowledge to effectively engage with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors. The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, scope, schedule, risk management, customer relationships, and overall project success throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, IHE, APIs, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), or healthcare integration platforms.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Spanish language skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• SAFe, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or healthcare technology certifications are considered a plus.
