Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to lead CMDB governance and virtualization strategy. You will manage VMs across AWS, Azure and GCP, maintain Windows and Linux servers, and drive remediation updates to reduce risk.

Collaborate with global teams, review CMDB health, and propose improvements while delivering clear governance practices to ensure reliable infrastructure operations.

• Hands-on AWS and Azure cloud experience.
• Experience reviewing CMDB and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst and lead infrastructure operations.
• Review the CMDB in ServiceNow and identify remediation opportunities.
• Manage virtual servers across AWS, Azure and GCP clouds.
• Maintain Windows and Linux operating systems and patching.
• Deliver ongoing management of VMs and updates to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Perform a full Brazil CMDB review with a remediation report.
• Propose governance for application and CMDB management.
• Perform other routine duties for the area.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst
• Review the CMDB in ServiceNow
• Manage virtual servers across AWS, Azure and GCP clouds
• Manage Windows and Linux operating systems
• Deliver continuous management of VMs and updates aimed at remediating vulnerabilities in operating systems and software
• Perform a full review of the Brazil CMDB with a report on current status and opportunities for remediation/improvement
• Propose governance for application and CMDB management
• Other routine duties for the area

Requirements

• Strong experience working with infrastructure in large organizations
• Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud
• Experience with Virtual Machines
• Experience with operating systems (Windows Server and Linux)
• Basic SQL database knowledge
• Good communication skills to explain clearly and synthesize information
• Proactive, organized, team‑oriented profile with good interpersonal skills
• Advanced English proficiency for direct contact with global teams
