CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a qualified Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM & WSHO) to lead fire and workplace safety under our IFM contract. You will ensure compliance and drive safety across the site, coordinating with clients, regulators, and partners.

The role requires performing FSM and WSHO duties, conducting inspections and risk assessments, developing safety policies, and organizing drills and training to enhance readiness and response capabilities.

Qualificações

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in FM, Building Services, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant fire and workplace safety experience.
• FSM certificate recognized by SCDF and MOM-approved WSHO registration.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety for all IFM works and services across the site.

• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM & WSHO) to lead all fire safety and workplace safety functions under our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safety of all IFM works and services across the site.
• Perform the statutory duties of the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable fire safety, workplace safety, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety and workplace safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Organise fire drills, Fire Cert, safety training, and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Monitor safety performance and submit regular safety reports to the Management Team.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors, and service partners on all fire safety and workplace safety matters.

About you

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fire safety and workplace safety management for large developments or IFM/building operations.
• Valid Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate recognised by SCDF.
• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registration and safety qualifications approved by MOM.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's Fire Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
