About the position

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid media and email marketing. You’ll handle everything from planning and implementation to analysis and optimization. We’re seeking someone with experience in digital marketing, a solid understanding of best practices, and a results-driven mindset. Main challenges

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads, focusing on conversions, leads, and traffic.
• Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and automation workflows, segmenting lists and personalizing messages to increase open and click-through rates.
• Monitor digital campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop automation workflows in platforms like Hubspot to optimize campaigns and personalize customer communication.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages and websites, focusing on increasing conversion rates.
• Identify and implement technical SEO strategies to optimize website performance in search engines, collaborating with the development team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in web analytics and tag management (like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
• Marketing automation platform experience and CRM databases.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and data presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and SEO tools.
• Experience with database structures and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
