Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will optimize marketing strategies through data analysis, trend identification, and actionable insights to improve campaign performance across our games portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels, aligned with business objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for campaign planning and improvement.
  4. Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, with strategic insights and recommendations.
  5. Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies based on data insights.
  6. Perform market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities for user acquisition.
  7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing to foster innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in strategic campaign management and marketing principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years managing online advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
