Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IAM/DevOps engineer to own authentication and authorization platforms in a production environment. You will bridge product and engineering teams to prioritize the platform backlog, ensure security, and drive value across the stack.

Key focus areas include Dynatrace-based observability, cost-efficient AWS architecture (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway), and automation with Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, IAM) in production.
• Ability to create and prioritize a technical backlog, bridging product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on Dynatrace experience: dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
• Strong AWS expertise (Kubernetes/EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, Load Balancers, containers).
• CI/CD and automation with Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash; FinOps mindset for cloud cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guardian of Identity and Access: Ensure availability, performance, and security of authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, etc.), acting as the primary technical reference for these critical components.
• Bridge between Business and Technology: Lead creation, management, and prioritization of the platform’s technical backlog, collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Auth-focused Observability with Dynatrace: Go beyond the basics by configuring dashboards, alerts, and integrations in Dynatrace to provide end-to-end visibility of login, authorization, and identity management flows.
• Resilient and Cost-efficient Architecture in AWS (FinOps focus): Design AWS solutions (Kubernetes, Lambda, API Gateway) that are highly available and scalable, while actively collaborating on FinOps practices to optimize costs.
• Intelligent CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation: Use Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible to automate processes from infrastructure provisioning to release delivery, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, IAM, etc.) in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience and demonstrable ability in creating and prioritizing technical backlog, acting as a bridge between teams.
• Technical proficiency with Dynatrace, including dashboard creation, alert configuration, and integrations.
• Solid experience in AWS, especially with services such as Kubernetes (EKS), API Gateway, Lambda, Load Balancers, and containers.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins for configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Skill in scripting languages, especially Python and/or Bash.
• FinOps mindset, continuously seeking cloud cost efficiency.

Nice to have

• Complementary experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (financial services, insurance).
• Deep understanding of security practices (DevSecOps) applied to identity and access.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, Dynatrace).
