Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to manage and evolve AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will optimize cloud costs, define SLOs/SLAs, and implement GitOps practices with ArgoCD/ Flux.

The role requires strong Terraform usage, Datadog expertise, and scripting skills in Python or Bash, with a focus on security and scalable infrastructure in São Paulo, Brazil.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with AWS experience.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise and CK A or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Terraform modules and Datadog monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and evolve AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Manage production Kubernetes clusters (upgrades, scaling, security).
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for all environments.
• Configure dashboards, monitors, and alerts in Datadog (APM, logs, metrics).
• Execute FinOps activities and manage/optimize AWS costs.
• Define and track SLOs/SLAs for critical services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Respond to incidents and lead post‑mortem analyses.
• Document processes and DevOps best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Strong Kubernetes expertise (CKA or equivalent experience)
• Daily Terraform usage — modules, workspaces, remote state
• Datadog: instrumentation, APM, log management, alerts
• Solid scripting skills: Python and/or Bash
• Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar)
• Networking: DNS, TLS, load balancers, basic service mesh
• Security: IAM, secrets management, container hardening
