Jobtailor in Uberlândia, Brazil seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Architect to lead transformation of CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure practices. You will design scalable architectures, implement high-availability Kubernetes systems, and champion security and cost optimization across the delivery pipeline.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with executives, and produce ADRs and architecture docs while driving observability, SRE, and FinOps initiatives in a distributed, multi-cloud context.

Qualificações

• Completed higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, Infrastructure, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced English: technical oral and written communication with international teams and vendors.
• Advanced Linux: performance tuning, security hardening, networking.
• Advanced Cloud (AWS, Azure or OCI): reference architecture, HA, DR, IAM, cost management.
• Advanced Kubernetes: multi-cluster, autoscaling, network policies, security.
• Docker at scale: image optimization, registries, security.
• Advanced CI/CD: complex pipelines, parallelism, sophisticated deployment strategies.
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code: Terraform modules, remote state, IaC pipelines.
• Advanced observability: APM, distributed tracing, chaos engineering, SRE practices.
• Distributed architecture: high-scale systems, resilience, event-driven design.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the corporate DevOps strategy, aligned with business objectives;
• Design advanced cloud architectures: scalable, resilient, secure and cost-optimized;
• Architect and lead the implementation of high-maturity CI/CD pipelines;
• Define production Kubernetes management strategies (multi-cluster, high availability);
• Establish the organization's observability strategy: APM, SLOs, SLAs and Error Budgets;
• Lead the DevSecOps culture, defining security policies across the delivery pipeline;
• Drive FinOps initiatives: cost modeling, rightsizing and continuous optimization;
• Lead the response to critical incidents, conduct RCAs and postmortems;
• Support strategic decisions with C-level executives and technology teams (architecture, investments, roadmap);
• Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, raising the team's technical level;
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools and engineering practices;
• Produce ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and high-level technical documentation.
