Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own platform reliability, scalability and incident response in a multi-cloud environment. You will design and operate observability and automation to keep services running smoothly across AWS/GCP/Azure or similar clouds.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to reliability best practices, and help shape the end-to-end deployment and incident postmortems. Strong cloud, IaC, and container orchestration skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in SRE, DevOps or related areas.
• Experience in design and architecture, not only support/maintenance.
• Hands-on cloud experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Strong observability skills with Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus.
• Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to adopt new technologies.

• Design, operate, maintain, evolve and implement multicloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure and/or others).
• Participate in the design of observability and monitoring solutions.
• Support the development of end-to-end observability and monitoring strategy.
• Automate infrastructure, application, security and deployment processes.
• Contribute to and lead reliability best practices, incident management and postmortems.
• Work with the team on incident management, failure prevention and rapid response.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the technical level of the team.

Requirements

• Solid experience in SRE, DevOps or related areas.
• Experience in design and architecture, not only in ongoing support/maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (preferably multi‑cloud - more than one).
• Advanced knowledge of observability (Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience in automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong command of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Self‑driven, curious profile with a constant pursuit of new technologies.
