Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps engineer to ensure platform availability and resilience. You will architect and run multicloud environments, implement observability, and automate infrastructure, deployments, and security.

You will lead incident response, drive reliability practices, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes hands-on cloud engineering, advanced monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployment pipelines across AWS/GCP/Azure

Qualificações

• Proven experience as SRE/DevOps engineer or similar role.
• Experience with design, operate, and evolve multicloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on with IaC and automation tooling.
• Containerization and orchestration expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor other engineers and raise the technical level of the team.

• Act as a technical SRE reference, ensuring availability, scalability and resilience of platforms.
• Design, operate, maintain, evolve and implement multicloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure and/or others).
• Participate in the design of observability and monitoring solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps or related areas.
• Experience with development and architecture, not only maintenance/support.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (preferably multi‑cloud — more than one).
• Advanced knowledge in observability (Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience in automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Self‑driven, curious profile with a continuous desire to learn new technologies.

Demonstrates expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on multicloud solutions, observability, and automation. Capable of mentoring engineers and leading incident management and reliability best practices.
