Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Lead Software Development professional to drive complex projects, ensure delivery timelines, and uphold quality standards across teams.

You will define architectures, implement modern tech (PHP 8+, Laravel, Vue.js), lead a development group, emphasize Clean Code, security, and documentation, and collaborate with clients to shape strategic tech decisions.

Qualificações

• Completed bachelor’s degree or technology degree in a technology-related field.
• Previous experience serving the financial sector or working directly for a bank.
• Proficiency in PHP 8+ and Laravel framework.
• Experience with Vue.js and front-end development.
• Familiarity with Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Test-driven development.
• Knowledge of OWASP security risks.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Docker, DevOps, CI/CD, REST, SOAP, JavaScript and web apps.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and GitFlow.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to use AI tools to support development while maintaining accountability.
• Bonus: Intermediate .NET or C# is a plus.
