I am a Talent Analyst looking for talented individuals in São Paulo/SP for a Senior Business Analyst position to work on a project in partnership with a client specialized in agricultural technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development processes.
2. Engage in discussions to solve complex problems and provide valuable solutions.
3. Document technical and functional requirements and create process flows for digital products.
4. Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and business teams using Agile methodologies.

Requirements for this Challenge:

1. Solid experience in software development projects.
2. Familiarity with software development practices, including design and implementation of solutions.
3. Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
4. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
5. Ability to define analyses and review data to make informed business decisions.
6. Experience in conducting gap analyses between applications and client requirements.
7. Capability to create accurate technical and functional specifications for the engineering team.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work on-site 1 to 2 times a week in São Paulo, SP.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in system integration and API development.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
