Responsibilities

Information gathering and researching business needs to identify key business challenges and opportunities for products;

Deliver precise technical and functional specifications on workflows, business rules, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to the product engineering team;

Participate in cross-functional integration testing to validate solutions;

Contribute to the analytical strategy and define user requirements, facilitating product execution in tandem with partners/stakeholders;

Understand, document, and explain issues and requirements from both a technical and business point of view;

Analyze and bridge functionality gaps, enhancements, and other issues;

Contribute to the identification of potential solutions through a user-centric approach, gathering and analyzing user market data, user intelligence, competitive information, as well as internal capabilities and capacity;

Work with cross-functional teams to implement software specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;

Participate throughout the development release train in an agile environment striving for continuous integration/continuous release;

Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with design and developers to estimate project impact;

Provide insights during complex product development projects;

Ensure and validate deliverables against design specifications and business requirements;

Identify and implement process improvements across development teams.

Experience and Qualifications

Availability for hybrid work 1-2 times a week in São Paulo/SP.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

4+ years of experience working with software development projects in a business analyst capacity;

4+ years experience in a software engineering or software development role;

Collaborative attitude, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset;

Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships;

Experience managing business requirements, including documentation of technical and functional requirements and process flow creation;

Inherent drive for building quality software and understanding how to translate ideas from concept to code and user delivery;

Familiarity with analytics definition and data review for business decision-making;

Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies, facilitating collaboration between development, operations, and business teams;

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and ability to analyze their impact on business processes.
