PKF-CAP LLP is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day outsourced finance tasks, including AP processing and month-end close, for multiple client entities. The role requires strong IFRS/SFRS knowledge and Mandarin reading due to contractor communications in Chinese.

Based on-site in Brazil, the position is a full-time, 1-year contract with responsibilities spanning bank reconciliations, management accounts, and ad-hoc assignments.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Degree in Accountancy, Singapore CA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and SFRS.
• Strong understanding of internal control, risk management, and governance.
• Must be able to read/understand Mandarin due to supplier/contracts in Chinese.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

1. Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing, claim processing
2. Handle month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
3. Perform bank reconciliations;
4. Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
5. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 to 4 years of relevant accounting and finance experience;
2. Degree in Accountancy, Singapore CA, ACCA, CPA Australia or their equivalent.
3. Good knowledge of SFRS, IFRS and generally acceptable accounting practices.
4. Good knowledge of internal control, risk management and corporate governance.
5. Ability to read and communicate in Mandarin is required as the role involves frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and the review of business documents and contracts prepared in Chinese.
6. Sincere and committed, good time management and problem-solving skill, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently within fast-paced environment, effective verbal, and written communication skill.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
8. This position is based full-time at the client's premises and requires on-site attendance five days per week due to operational and business requirements.
9. This position is a 1 year contract.
