Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions for backend services, APIs, and UIs.
• Own quality throughout the feature lifecycle — from design to release and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD workflows.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, test gaps, and flaky tests.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and mentor junior engineers.
• Validate performance and scalability of communication services when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in automation.
• Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript for scripting.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and web apps.
• Hands-on with test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams.
