Job Summary

Seeking a Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer with strong Golang backend skills to scale and evolve a global Voice Platform, enabling enterprises to manage telephony infrastructure worldwide. You will lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and develop scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable full-stack features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Golang and modern technologies.
• Make architectural decisions ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful features.
• Contribute to frontend development with React or similar frameworks when needed.
• Promote code quality through reviews, testing, and mentoring.
• Support agile planning, grooming, estimations, and user story breakdowns.
• Ensure system observability through logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Enforce engineering best practices across the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years in leadership or technical mentorship roles, ideally as a Tech Lead.
• 8+ years in software engineering, including full-stack development.
• 5+ years in Golang.
• 3+ years in React.
• Knowledge of SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
