Job Summary

We are expanding a cloud-based Voice Platform designed to support global telephony operations for enterprise clients. The platform plays a critical role in enabling real-time communication, requiring high availability, scalability, and performance. As part of the engineering team, you will work on building and enhancing backend services that support complex workflows, large volumes of data, and concurrent user interactions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a core product in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment, tackling meaningful technical challenges that impact users around the world.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for AVOXI’s Voice Platform.

• Build and optimize Go-based services, ensuring efficient concurrency handling.

• Work with SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres) for data storage and retrieval.

• Collaborate in an Agile development environment, contributing to SaaS product development.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and performance optimization.

• Potentially contribute to front-end development if experienced in React or other UI frameworks.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years developing services in Go (must be able to understand concurrency in Go).

• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.).

• Experience building SaaS products is nice to have.
