LSEG is seeking a Manager to manage client relationships and sales activities across transactional customer accounts in São Paulo. You will understand the sales cycle and support assigned accounts, while maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and collaborating with Customer Operations for deal execution.

You will also oversee onboarding, develop Territory Plans, and stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities and drive growth within a diverse client portfolio.

Qualificações

  • Experience in account management or sales support roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce, ensure completion of all client administrative tasks, and collaborate with Customer Operations for deal execution and support.
  • Achieve at least average customer loyalty and satisfaction scores.
  • Engage proactively with clients and vendor partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding, following defined processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Develop and complete Territory Plans to guide account strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, domain, and target personas
