As a Senior Account Executive for our Engagement Cloud, you will build relationships with major B2C and B2B brands, managing the entire sales cycle with intelligence, empathy, and a long-term vision.

You will serve as a strategic consultant, understanding client challenges and transforming their needs into relevant solutions supported by our integrated stack of channels, data, and automation.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop and grow business opportunities with strategic accounts
  2. Lead consultative presentations and product demos
  3. Utilize market insights to create new revenue streams
  4. Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to craft custom proposals
  5. Manage complex negotiations focusing on value delivery
  6. Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  7. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  8. Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including ICP definition, vertical segmentation, and market penetration
  9. Act as a strategic advisor to product and marketing teams, aligning solutions with client needs
  10. Lead land & expand motions with a long-term, value-based approach
  11. Represent the market voice internally to shape innovation and platform evolution
  12. Manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment, enablement, and joint opportunities

Key requirements:

  1. Proven experience in consultative sales of complex services
  2. Experience in B2B digital solution sales, particularly in tech or marketing
  3. Excellent communication and relationship skills
  4. Knowledge in digital marketing, customer experience, or eCommerce
  5. Advanced English — clarity and effective communication valued over perfection
  6. Advanced Spanish — necessary for LATAM negotiations and meetings

Additional (not mandatory):

  • Experience in telecom, consulting, or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with LATAM and European markets
