About Service Cloud

Service Cloud is a cloud-based customer service application built on Salesforce. What You’ll Do
  1. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, strategy, and closing high-value deals with top LATAM companies.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex field service operations transformations.
  3. Engage C-level executives in discussions about modernizing field service management with automation and AI.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase the power of Field Service Cloud and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  5. Exceed sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Proven sales experience selling field service management platforms, mobile workforce solutions, or similar tools (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, etc.).
  2. Deep understanding of Field Service capabilities, including work order management, scheduling, dispatcher console, and mobile technician enablement.
  3. Experience with real-time scheduling engines, AI-powered optimization, and configuring service territories and resource constraints.
  4. Experience integrating field service with back-office systems, ERPs, or customer service platforms.
  5. Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex enterprise deals.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  7. Industry knowledge of subscription models, B2B sales cycles, and trends in field service management.
  8. Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
