Sherwin Williams in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the VP & GM, Protective & Marine LATAM, coordinating calendars, travel, and key leadership activities across LATAM.

The role requires exceptional organization, business acumen, and fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with English as a working language. A bachelor’s degree is required and an MBA is a plus; 5+ years supporting senior executives are expected.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Business or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate education is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, managing business operations, project management, consulting, strategy, or similar functions.
  • Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and prioritize the VP & GM's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Process and manage expense reports and administrative requirements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, customer visits, business reviews, and executive engagements.
  • Partner closely with the VP & GM to drive execution of key LATAM business priorities.
  • Maintain visibility of critical initiatives, commitments, deadlines, and action plans.
  • Track progress of strategic growth projects and follow up with Regional Directors and functional leaders.
  • Ensure executive decisions are translated into clear actions, ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify execution gaps, delays, risks, and escalation needs.
  • Coordinate LATAM Leadership Team meetings, Business Reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, discussion materials, executive summaries, and meeting follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain governance processes and action-tracking mechanisms across the region.
  • Help sustain operating discipline and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Consolidate business information from multiple countries and functions.
  • Develop executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and leadership communications.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide visibility on business trends and priorities.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis, benchmarking, and business insights.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Vice President & General Manager, Protective & Marine LATAM.

This position acts as a trusted business partner, helping drive organizational effectiveness, manage strategic priorities, coordinate regional initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of leadership activities across Latin America.

The role requires an individual who combines exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen, analytical capabilities, and a strong service mindset. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate complex situations with discretion, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution.

Based in São Paulo - Brazil, this position supports a multicultural LATAM environment and requires fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Executive Support & Administration
