We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Office Administrator in support of the Boeing Global Vice President of Latin America and Caribbean, to join our team in Brazil.
Supports Boeing Global Vice President in Brazil to coordinate calendar and schedule, travel arrangements and expense reports
Organizes meetings and events
Supports with written communications and executive office administration
Researches, collects and compiles data such as business expenses, action items and other matters requiring follow-up and provide visibility of status
Assigns action items in managers’ absence and follow-up on matters as required.
Interfaces with other assistants and coordinates with functional and business leaders in execution of activities to support Boeing Global activities
Assists leadership and team on day-to-day activities as necessary in a demanding and fast-paced work environment

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Must be legally able to work in Brazil
Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
Experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
Experience doing expense reports
Experience in supporting senior level executives
Must be proficient in Microsoftoffice
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to include interactions with senior executives at Boeing, external partners and others
Ability to work with large virtual teams, adapt and remain flexible in approach to accomplish the greater team goals.
Experience in working across different locations and time zones
