SAP iXp Intern - Support Engineer at Technical Support - Data & Platform ABAP is a paid internship in São Leopoldo, Brazil. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and focuses on assisting customers with SAP product implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage across complex environments.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Support Engineer at Technical Support - Data & Platform ABAP

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]

About The Team

Support intern who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products. The intern will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms and databases.

In This Role, You’ll

• Monitor critical support incidents, ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support.
• Perform root cause analysis, analyze and resolve incidents reported by global customers.
• Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, HR or related areas, expecting to graduate in the next 2 years
• Fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
• Team player and contributes for a great environment.
• Programming logic
• Object Oriented Programming (ABAP, Java, C++, etc.) is desirable

• Payroll experience/knowledge
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Spanish language would be a benefit
