You bring deep expertise in SAP engagement delivery and governance strategy, ready to operate as a senior delivery authority and lead programmes to lasting customer value. This role is for you.

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years leading complex SAP service engagements, navigating commercial realities and aligning delivery to customer objectives.
• Deep customer success capability spanning the full engagement lifecycle, with a focus on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Proven C-level influencing skills, establishing advisory relationships, managing escalations, and sustaining strategic partnerships.
• Value management discipline, quantifying SAP business impact through co-developed scorecards for senior stakeholders.
• Time-boxed engagement orchestration: 90-day cycles with clear milestones, fixed scope, and a focus on rapid value delivery.
• Fluency across SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and adjacent landscapes, guiding customers through complex integration and architecture decisions.
• Emotional intelligence and sound problem-solving, reading dynamics, de-escalating tension, and resolving issues before they affect outcomes.
• Demonstrated Core AI Skills: Agentic AI, Context Engineering, AI-Assisted Automation, AI Adoption Capability, and AI Output Quality Assurance, assessed via a Codility take-home assignment.

• Design and execute governance models that keep SAP programmes aligned to customer objectives and focused on innovation.
• Lead SAP solution adoption across your portfolio, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and resolving critical issues before they affect outcomes.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, reinforcing partnership through consistent value communication.
• Communicate value realisation at every stage, making the SAP investment case tangible and credible.
• Orchestrate time-boxed engagements, maintaining milestone discipline and scope integrity across complex programmes.
• Apply integration expertise to accelerate time-to-value on SAP BTP and S/4HANA, guiding customers through complexity.
• Embed AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows to raise delivery quality and pace, modelling AI adoption for the team.
