SAP is offering an iXp Intern – GPO Admin in São Paulo, Brazil. This hybrid role supports channel management, partner operations, and enablement programs within SAP’s Global Partner Operations team.

You will work with cross-functional teams, coordinate partner training, and help manage communications and events, gaining hands-on experience in partner ecosystems and enterprise software operations.

Qualificações

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
• Graduation expected within approximately 24 months.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese required; Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and curiosity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support channel management and partner operations activities for SAP’s partner ecosystem.
• Coordinate and execute partner training sessions and workshops, including system setup and attendance tracking.
• Assist in developing and managing partner enablement plans and analyze their impact on demand generation.
• Monitor and track partner demand generation campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage partner communications and logistics for events and external inquiries.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the GPO team.

Meet your team

The Global Partner Operations (GPO) team is responsible for enabling and managing SAP’s partner ecosystem across the region. The team oversees channel strategy, partner enablement, and demand generation activities, acting as a central hub for partner communication, training coordination, and event execution. By managing the operational backbone of SAP’s partner network, the GPO team ensures that partners are equipped, informed, and engaged to drive business results. As part of this team, you will gain hands‑on exposure to channel management processes, partner programs, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic and international environment.

What You’ll Do

As a member of the GPO team, you will support channel management and partner operations activities, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP’s partner ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Maintain and update the Channels Matrix, the strategic control framework that tracks partner channel activities, competencies, and areas of expertise


• Coordinate and execute partner training sessions and workshops, including system setup, invitation management, follow‑up, and attendance tracking


• Support the development and management of partner enablement plans, and analyze their relationship to demand generation outcomes


• Monitor and track all partner demand generation campaigns to ensure alignment with regional and global objectives


• Manage partner communication channels, preparing and distributing key communications (global, regional, and local), confirming receipt, consolidating partner inquiries for bulk responses, and ensuring full information acknowledgment


• Plan and execute events designed for and with partners, managing logistics from planning through delivery


• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the GPO team

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields


• Graduation expected within approximately 24 months


• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
