SAP Next Gen is offering an internship opportunity for an undergraduate student in Brazil (São Leopoldo) to support partner services and AI-driven initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience delivering quality support across channels while learning SAP processes and collaborating with a multicultural team.

Formación

• You are a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least 2 years remaining until graduation and ready to contribute alongside your studies.
• You communicate clearly in English and Portuguese, with basic to intermediate Spanish for the Americas region.
• You think strategically, analyze difficult scenarios, and propose solutions to partner problems.
• You identify and improve processes, contributing to support best practices and efficiency.
• You will integrate AI tools into daily work, validate outputs, and help others adopt AI.

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP Partner queries across support channels, prioritizing requests by partner type, complexity, and business impact.
• Handle service requests in line with SLA targets, communicating clearly with partners for a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Resolve Level 1 queries via tickets and live chat, routing to Level 2 teams when needed with clear handovers.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and updating support content.
• Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency, support problem-solving, and enhance service quality.

You’re a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least 2 years remaining until graduation and ready to contribute alongside your studies. You are curious, adapt quickly, and stay resilient as priorities evolve. You think creatively and collaborate well across teams. You’re building foundations on AI – you take initiative to apply them. You bring emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to every interaction:

• - Have a knowledge of the partner needs, on how to administer support requests, to deliver a positive support experience with focus on quality and satisfaction, demonstrating an agile and organized approach to work.
• - Ability to convey information clearly; fluent in English, and Portuguese, with basic to intermediate Spanish, to support Americas region.
• - Ability to think strategically by solving complex issues, analyzing difficult scenarios, identifying potential solutions, and taking action to address partner problems.
• - Ability to identify, evaluate, and improve existing processes for optimization, contributing to implement support best practices.
• -Integrate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality, validate AI-generated outputs, explore automation opportunities, and help others to adopt AI successfully.

• - Support SAP Partner queries across support channels, prioritizing requests based on partner type, complexity, and business impact.

• -Resolve Level 1 queries through tickets & live chat, and route technical issues to Level 2 teams/experts, ensuring clear handovers and proper follow up.
• -Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues, updating support content, and helping simplify ways of working.
• -Use approved AI tools in daily activities to improve efficiency, support problem-solving, and enhance service quality.
