Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, PR, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the internal communications calendar from concept to delivery.
• Create engaging content across newsletters, emails, event invitations, and leadership announcements.
• Support end-to-end production of the employee newsletter - researching, writing, editing, and designing content.
• Create presentations and communication materials for a variety of audiences and formats.
• Track and generate communication metrics and reports to measure impact and inform future campaigns.
• Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, generate insights, and develop innovative engagement strategies.
• Bring a proactive, creative mindset and apply what you're learning in the classroom to real, hands-on communication work.

Meet your team Be part of our Communications team, where storytelling meets strategy. We create and deliver compelling content that connects employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization - from executive communications to company:wide campaigns.

Youll work alongside experienced communicators on initiatives that genuinely shape how people feel about where they work, while exploring how emerging technologies like AI are transforming the way we communicate.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain the internal communications calendar, helping plan and execute campaigns from concept to delivery
• Develop engaging content across multiple employee communication channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, event invitations, and leadership announcements
• Support the end:to:end production of the employee newsletter - researching, writing, editing, and designing content
• Create and design presentations and communication materials for a variety of audiences and formats
• Track and generate communication metrics and reports to measure impact and inform future campaigns
• Explore and apply AI:powered tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, generate insights, and develop innovative engagement strategies
• Bring a proactive, creative mindset and apply what youre learning in the classroom to real, hands:on communication work

What you bring

• Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field
• Expected graduation no earlier than 24 months from the internship start date
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and project management skills
• A growth mindset:curious, proactive, and eager to learn quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast:paced, multicultural environment
• Passion for creating content that informs, inspires, and engages diverse audiences
• Openness to experimenting with new tools and innovative communication approaches
