Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for setup and help maintain client Concur environment throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Configuration, Test/Development, Production).
2. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
3. Provide leadership and guidance on systems integration plan.
4. Lead client in design of AP Invoice Automation solution and configuring client imports of Purchase Requests, Vendor Data, Purchase Orders, and Receipt of Goods.
5. Lead data mapping exercises between client ERP and SAP Concur using industry best practices.
6. Configure client requirements within the Concur system.
7. Integrate client personnel data into Concur and ERP vendor master records.
8. Support client testing cycles, research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances, and provide recommendations, alternatives, and risk assessments to the project team.
9. Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiences.
10. Responsible for the migration of software configurations between production and test environments.
11. Ensure completion of deliverables, manage schedules, meet milestones, and ensure technical integration success.
12. Assist in developing and maintaining an internal technical product knowledge base.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

1. Minimum 5+ years' relevant SAP Concur Invoice implementation experience; experience with other Concur Platforms such as Travel, Request, and Expense is a plus.
2. Minimum 3+ years’ experience working as a consultant in client-facing software implementation roles.
3. Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to adopt industry and product best practices.
4. Experience with multiple concurrent Concur implementations.
5. Hands-on functional configuration and design experience.
6. Prior work experience in Accounting and/or Accounts Payable; knowledge of business processes around account settlement, clearing accounts, month-end close, etc.
7. Understanding of Concur integration to ERP financial systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) is required.
8. Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP Concur implementations.
9. Experience in data integration.
10. Experience with ERP HR systems as it relates to Concur integrations.
11. Experience in developing system test cases and guiding clients through User Acceptance Testing.
12. Experience with Concur training material development/delivery is preferred.
13. Experience working with major credit card provider data.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Certifications:

SAP or Concur certifications preferred. Agile certifications preferred.

Other:

Fluent English Mandatory. Spanish plus is a plus.
