ExxonMobil is seeking a SAP Support specialist to join our EMIT team in Curitiba. You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support SAP QM and PP-PI modules, collaborating with business users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll gather requirements, perform unit and integration testing, and maintain documentation while working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in our SAP landscape.

Qualificações

• Proven SAP support experience and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of integrations and data flows.
• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze incidents and investigate root causes for SAP applications.
• Provide SAP QM and PP-PI module support and issue resolution.

What role you will play in our team

In this role, you will provide SAP application support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and work closely with business users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will analyze incidents, investigate root causes, and support integrations and data flows across systems.

What you will do

• Analyze, configure, and provide support for SAP QM and PP-PI modules
• Gather and understand business requirements from key users
• Execute unit testing and integration testing
• Maintain functional and technical documentation
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Basic understanding of integrations and data flows.
• Previous experience with SAP support.

Nice to have Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience in Supply Chain IT.
• Experience with ABAP.
• Experience with SAP QM is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
