Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications on Salesforce.
• Define reusable frameworks, integration patterns, and shared platform capabilities.
• Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives and adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and technology roadmaps.

Mandatory Skills

• This is a hands‑on Expert Engineering role for an individual with deep Salesforce expertise and strong engineering leadership capabilities.
• You will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, securing, and optimizing enterprise Salesforce solutions while driving engineering best practices across multiple initiatives.
• You will work alongside architects, product teams, business partners, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable and sustainable technology solutions that create business value.
• The position supports LATAM initiatives across multiple business units and functions while being part of the LATAM CRM Chapter.
• Deep expertise in: Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Salesforce APIs; Flows; Security Model; Platform Architecture; Data Modeling; Integration Patterns; Software Engineering
