CI&T is looking for a skilled mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our international team and enhance applications with Apex, Flows, and Lightning Components. You will deliver features across Salesforce platforms, integrating REST APIs and maintaining code with Git in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with multicultural teams to optimize delivery and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Qualificações

• Advanced English, capable of conversing with native speakers.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Configuration and customization of Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Apex.
• Developing and maintaining Lightning Components (LWC).
• Integrating with REST APIs within the Salesforce platform.
• Source Code Management Tools (Git).
• Agile development practices, including Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
• Enthusiastic mindset regarding AI, with a drive to explore how AI can boost developer productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• Advanced English, fully capable of conversing and collaborating comfortably with native speakers
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Configuration and customization of Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Apex
• Developing and maintaining Lightning Components (LWC)
• Integrating with REST APIs within the Salesforce platform
• Source Code Management Tools (Git)
• Agile development practices, including Jira or similar issue tracking tools
• Enthusiastic mindset regarding AI, with a drive to explore how AI can boost developer productivity and code quality

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in your workflow
• Experience working with CPQ, subscription management, or recurring revenue models
• Experience with AWS Lambdas, Boomi, or Zuora
• Salesforce Certifications
• Node.js with TypeScript
• Experience with AWS CDK
