Overview

Business Analyst Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Tata Consultancy Services

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to learn and transform their career within a leading IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining technical user stories, developing web applications, and designing integration services and APIs.
• Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. Content Builder, Journey Builder, etc.) upon request.
• Set up and configure data models.
• Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and technical requirements.
• Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated processes.
• Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email customer journey.
• Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
• Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
• Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
• Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for Marketing Cloud development and testing.
• Design and develop project Technical Design Documents.
• Responsible for Marketing Cloud and Testing Coordination (Unit / Performance and Load Testing).
• Collaborating with client and offshore team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Salesforce programming
• Digital marketing knowledge
• Good HTML/CSS knowledge
• Data segmentation, optimization, and management
• Extensive knowledge of database marketing
• Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• The ability to provide quick solutions and recommendations
• Web analytics
