Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Support Specialist (1-year-contract).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate customer requests from initial enquiry through fulfilment by liaising with internal teams and ensuring key details are captured and followed up.
• Prepare and maintain sales administration deliverables such as quotations, documentation, sample arrangements, and related trackers.
• Monitor payment-related follow-ups and support document control to help keep transactions on schedule.
• Handle customer enquiries and issues by coordinating timely responses, tracking actions to closure, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
• Track sales performance information and compile regular updates on agreed KPIs for management review.
• Support assigned initiatives by setting timelines, tracking milestones, following up on action items, highlighting risks early, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer coordination, administration, or project coordination (exposure to cross-functional work is preferred).
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities with good attention to detail.
• Strong Excel capability (e.g., organizing datasets, using formulas, producing simple reports/dashboards).
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups professionally.
