PERSOL is partnering with a well-known client in Brazil's North region to hire a Regional Strategic Planning Executive. You will consolidate regional inputs into structured reports and materials for leadership review, and help roll out regional plans and updates.

You will research market and economic developments affecting regional operations, coordinate PDCA cycles, track actions and flag risks to timelines. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (planning, analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Able to communicate updates clearly and work effectively with stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-through and coordination tasks.
