Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic information hub for the Sales department, working closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders involved in commercial performance.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure its efficiency in managing sales accounts and driving pipeline performance.
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, acting as the link between SDRs and the sales team.
- Participate in sales strategies, including digital marketing, inbound marketing, and understanding the buyer’s journey and B2B purchasing behavior.
- Train and support sales teams in the effective use of tools, especially CRM, and help integrate these tools into the company's sales playbook.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM administration and advanced usage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, design, and optimize sales processes.
- Deep knowledge of digital and inbound marketing strategies.
- Ability to bridge communication between SDRs and sales teams, ensuring alignment.
- Experience in training teams on sales tools and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Understanding of the B2B customer journey and buying process.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and CRM quality.
- Ability to document sales processes and contribute to the sales playbook.
- Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
