The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales coordination and is proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experienced in order management and shipment handling.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the complete back-office sales process (Quote to Cash).
  • Oversee order management and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the execution and delivery of products to customers.

As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will manage the Sales Operations desk, acting as the main focal point for both external and internal customers. You will be the backbone of the sales process for your region, serving as a vital link between sales, product development, finance, production, quality control, and customer support, ensuring the back-office sales process is managed end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle challenging and diverse situations with a service-oriented approach, leveraging creative thinking to find effective solutions.
  • Manage the complete back-office sales process (Quote to Cash).
  • Oversee order management and fulfillment, including quote entry, order scheduling, pricing, RMAs, demo management, and payments.
  • Implement Cellebrite’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and proper intervention when necessary.
  • Follow up on past due invoice collections.
  • Coordinate the execution and delivery of products to customers.
  • Support sales operations by managing license renewals, acting as the Sales Director’s point of contact for operational issues, and generating reports to support sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience with order management, shipment handling, and working closely with Sales Directors and customers.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
  • Academic degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Adaptive, proactive, and accountable in ownership of the sales process.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
